6 SALMON FILLETS 6 OUNCES EACH,1 TOMATO,PEELED AND DICED,4 OUNCES SLICED  YELLOW ONION,2 OUNCES SLICED CARROTS,1 LEMON,SLICED INTO ROUNDS,2 CLOVES GARLIC,SLICED,8 OUNCES VEGETABLE BROTH.2 OUNCES OLIVE OIL,2OUNCES RED WINE VINEGAR,2 BAY LEAVES,3 FRESH THYME SPRIGS,4 FRESH TARROGON LEAVES,SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.PLACE THE SIX SALMON FILLETS IN AN OVEN PROOF GLASS PAN.ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS.MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR IN THE REFRIGERATOR..IN THE SAME GLASS PAN,COVER THE SALMON LOOSELY WITH A PIECE OF FOIL AND BAKE FOR  15  MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.WHEN THE SALMON IS DONE ,REMOVE IT TO A SERVICE PLATE.STRAIN THE LIQUID FROM THE BAKING PAN AND REDUCE IT TO LESS THAN A CUP USING A WHISK.ADJUST THE SEASONINGS,AND POUR THE LIQUID  OVER SALMON.SERVES 6.
